Forms for a new warranty submission
In addition to your photo documentation, you will need to submit a completed ME Contractor Certification form. Once your warranty is successfully uploaded, there will be a review process of about 5 business days. Once the project is approved, we will notify you and mail a blank, original paper warranty document to the contractor for signature(s). Return the signed warranty document to TCM, and we will add the final signature and forward copies to all parties. At that time the warranty will be in effect. Use this form to submit your new master’sEDGE™ warranty sale to both Tri County Metals and our underwriters. The warranty will not be issued with out submitting all required fields below. Upon inspection, photo documentation found to be insufficient may cause the warranty to not be issued.
